Responsibilities and Duties

• Understanding the Purpose of existence of the company - 20.95
• Developing Network and Value Chain Partners associated with multiple industries such as Cement, Steel, Paint, Electrical, FMCG or as per company’s area of operation
• Liaising and explaining the company’s Purpose, Objectives and Benefits to the Value Chain Partners - Dealers, Whole sellers, Retailers/Shopkeepers and key influencers Shilpkaars, Electrician, Plumber, Painter, etc.
• Listening ear with solution centric approach to build and nurture relationships at ground
• Educating the Value Chain Partners about the ‘HUMBEE’ digital application (available on Google/Apple Play Store) , its objective, process and larger benefits for the partners.
• Timely distribution of the Program Benefits to all the Value Chain Partners of various industries.
• Should be able to capture and share real time market feedback basis ground connect

Qualification and Skills required

1. Graduate in any discipline.
2. Candidates with 2-3 years of prior sales experience in following industries are preferable
   1. App based - Digital, Payment Gateway, E-Commerce
   2. Building construction Material – Cement, Steel, Paint, Electrical, etc.
3. Passionate enough to go out and meet people, candidate must have good communication skills, fluency in Hindi and workable knowledge of English language
4. Should be digitally savvy enough to work using smart phones
5. Should possess own vehicle – preferably 2-wheeler

Functional Requirements

• 3+ Years ideally doing either 1) Mobile Apps for Android iOS & Desktops; or 2)Cloud based back ends for the same preferably AWS.
• An understanding of RESTful style of Architecture for APIs( as consumer & as a Producer ) to setup micro-products as per their domains will also be an advantage. Experience with Design Patterns for Cloud Applications utilizing asynchronous & streaming techniques + relational / document hybrid storage models.
• An understanding of Git for SCM and IaaC using any tools like Terraform, boto etc. will be an advantage, and DevOps exposure is a must for the potential candidates.
• Exposure to Agile execution methodologies like Scrums is desirable.

Non Functional Requirements

• Humility, Integrity & Curiosity are a few traits we’d like a potential candidate(s) to imbibe with the capacity to experiment and implement as we develop our products to do something which has never been attempted before. Capacity to hold immense quantum of pride in what we are doing and Celebrate every moment of our attempt!!

Toolkit

1. Java / Python / Golang / JS or TS etc.
2. Cloud: AWS ( preferred )/ any public cloud, Lambda, EC2, et.al. or similar technologies for Distributed Systems.
3. Ideally a combination of 1 Relational + 1 Document / Graph Storage(s).
4. React / Flutter experience for UIs on Web & Apps for Front End candidates.
5. Jenkins, Terraform, github, bitbucket, gitlab etc.
6. JIRA, Confluence / wiki, etc.

Qualification

Any Engineering discipline is welcome as long as a track record of SW Engineering can be demonstrated.
