About 20.95 Ventures

20.95 Ventures, is focused on goodness in business through its leading-edge mobile app HUMBEE – the world’s first business community welfare platform. It addresses two widespread gaps in every industry – a) the need for social security cover for overlooked participants of the value chain viz. dealers, distributors, super stockists, retailers, pharmacists, Kiranawalas, agents and more, and b) the need for an integrated platform for corporates to appropriately channelise their welfare intent to promote inclusive growth.

The need for this platform arose from our in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by the many layers of the Value Chain.

For Value Chain Partners, there was no platform that recorded, recognised and rewarded their contribution through social security cover & more.

For corporates, there was no integrated mechanism to actively incentivise the participants contributions.

And that was the genesis of 20.95 Ventures, a company driven by the infinite potential of goodness and business coming together. We carry this vision with us every day through our name (20.95), representing the concentration of oxygen in the atmosphere that keeps us going, quite like goodness.

A Delhi University alumnus, Aditya heads business development strategy with his 15+ years of experience across industries - Cement, Construction and Consumer packaged goods.

He has an in-depth understanding of data analytics, developing sales execution and channel management process for pan- India sales teams, and designing, re-engineering and automation of channel management processes & MIS tools.

Anuj Nigam

Captain, Finance & Co-Founder

A chartered Accountant, Cost and Management Accountant and company secretary, Anuj has over 2 decades of experience in leadership roles across Financial planning, FMCG, Mining, Engineering, Oil & Gas, and Telecom.

He has successfully led setting up of business operations from scratch along with spearheading change management and business transformation.

Kishore Chamria

Captain, Business & Co-Founder

An alumnus of IIM Bangalore and ISB Hyderabad, Kishore has 22 years of experience in building winning teams and developing large distribution networks in Financial Services & FMCG.

He has rich experience of two decades in the financial sector - ABSL Mutual Fund as Head Business Development, I-Pru AMC, Chola AMC, HSBC Bank, and with FMCG at Capital Foods as Head Sales & Distribution.

Navin Tewari

Founder & CEO

A creative disruptor with unique experience in 4 diverse industries - Foods & FMCG, Cement, Mutual Funds and Investment Banking, over the last 2 decades from board room to the streets. He has challenged the status quo and grew the business, beating industry averages by multiples.

Navin has conceptualised and executed large scale programs in his roles bringing real benefits to businesses. He is known for his empathetic and people oriented approach.
